Himalayan Yoga Retreat

Temples, Treks, River Sangam & Sadhana, Joining a “Himalayan Yoga Retreat” is an opportunity to take your yoga practice on the trial. The Himalayan Yoga Retreat is guided by Diksha herself. She has been taking a group of her friends and students since six years. During our five days Himalayan Yoga Retreat, you will get the opportunity to meditate, practice asana, play kirtan, trek, and explore historical pilgrimage sites and panch prayag (confluence of rivers) throughout the Indian Himalayas.

Typical excursions are scheduled for 5 days in September & October. And, Himalayan Yoga Retreat tours can also be scheduled throughout the year according to demand and interest. Groups and individuals are welcome to join us:
