It is often said that the purpose of yoga is to awaken kundalini energy. But in reality, kundalini is never completely dormant. Whether one knows about this energy or not, it is the primal force that is responsible for all action, movement, change, creativity, knowledge and is always active to different degrees in different people. The term kundalini means in Sanskrit ‘Kundal’, translates roughly as ‘coiled’. Kundalini is believed by adherents to be power associated with the divine feminine, shakti. To understand kundalini energy, one must understand the nadis (energy channels) and chakras (energy centers). Our 4 days kundalini course will guide you to explore deeply about the three Nadis, 7 chakras and kundalini energy. Apart from this, the candidate will guided how to meditate on each chakra and learn the shape, size, colour, beej mantra and how to draw the chakras. Note: It is advised that you arrive at the ashram one day before the course starts.
